great concepts, but I don't know if China can pull that out, there's so many issues in there infrastructure being poor in quality.🤔

The TEB will work in China. I don't see it happening in the USA. Far too many drivers here are not smart enough to stay in their own lane with 90 foot long 40 ton trucks next to them let slone that thing. If they see this in a rear mirror they'll think "I GOTTA GET OVER BEFORE IT BLOCKS MY WAY!!!" as they proceed to straddle the road's edge in front of the oncomming blade.
