Hi, i press the reg button and get an error chime straight away. Holding it doesn’t provide factory reset. Have removed/reinserted batteries. No luck.
What am i missing?

The manual says to press 1234* to reset to factory settings but here it's the whole numbers.
I don't know why master pin is not working. Do you know why?

This is the only set of directions that works for my shs-3021, and funny enought, the instructions in the user manual are totally different and don't work
