New UK finance minister Jeremy Hunt reverses almost all of PM Liz Truss' tax cuts

Britain's newly-appointed finance minister Jeremy Hunt has reversed almost all the tax-cutting measures unveiled last month in Prime Minister Liz Truss' mini-budget. Meanwhile, Ms Truss has been meeting with cabinet ministers to shore up her premiership. The new leader has been facing calls from Conservative Party MPs to step down.
