I think beyond tiering things can be compared. It's the list in my opinion.
1. 0=1 axiom
It is, litterally contradiction. If we choose it as our new axiom system, We can say everything is true and false. Math and logics are totally collapsed. What can we talk about it?
2. Absolute Infinity
They are contradiction in many axiom system. But there are some system which can allow them. Such as New Foundation.
3. Berkeley cardinal, Reinhardt cardinal V=Ultimate L
They are not compatible with choice axiom(not sure about Ultimate L). But they are made in set theory. So they can't be bigger than absolute infinity.
