You change the ssd inside just take off the plates and if you want to lay it down you need the stand too . Hopefully I helped

I have the disc edition, and it's soooo much more powerful than the PS4, especially the base/slim model which is what I had.
The dualsense is also fantastic, I really didn't think they could improve much from the dualshock 4, but after using the dualsense for awhile I honestly don't think I could go back to using the DS4 lol. The dualsense has more weight to it and fills out my hands better, and just feels all around more "premium" than it's predecessor. Holding the DS4 feels like I'm holding a fisher price kid's toy now. Also, switching the charger to USB-C is a god send
