I feel like this song is criminally underrated compared to the others in the movie. Andrew Garfield’s facial expressions really show Larson’s feelings, Alexandra Shipp’s voice is so soothing, and Vanessa Hudgens really improved. Their voices match so well, the lyrics are so well-written, the harmony during the finale high note is amazing. Everything about Tick Tick Boom makes it a masterpiece, but this scene itself reflect a mix between love, regret, care and sadness. This is both heart wrenching and heartwarming, I love it so much. Had to restrain myself from crying during the whole second part of the movie.
