5:28, on Android you can swipe right from the bottom right of your screen, or activate Google Assistant in some way. Then click on "Search Screen", which will scan the text on your screen and make it selectable. You can then select the Korean text, then click the Google Translate popup that appears (same popup that shows Copy etc.). This way, you can translate the Korean text to English.
