this seems like a very interesting way of investing without having to get a huge loan or worry about dropping huge chunks of cash for in demand properties! I am curious, if i invest money in a multifamily apartment like in your video, do we as shareholders in the property get any of the rent per month as cash flow? Or do we just get access to appreciation or depreciation of price, cheers!
