Long overdue but so happy for the greatest international champion of all time. Back in the day he was always under rated but always one of the best at his interviews and at making the crowd hate him. Honky Tonk Man was a great IC champion. He could talk, get the heat, sell like crazy, and just work a crowd. He wasn't a big guy with muscles but he did enough when he was in the ring.
