I don’t think people realize how easily pregnant women get dehydrated. Like some women are very sensitive to hydration and heat while pregnant. It isn’t always drugs. I work in the labor and delivery world and dehydration can even cause a woman to go into labor early.

I have 4 kids 5 and under. She just bought groceries so money in her hand and a mini bag of chips while pregnant and extremely exhausted seems totally legit to me. 🤷‍♀️

URGING W/ HUSBAND, SHOPPING, STRESS, EXHAUSTION, 4 KIDS, PREGNANT. MIGHT OF JUST SAT IN THE CAR TO RECOVER FROM ALL THIS. BUT NOT REALIZING THE HEAT AND NO A/C FOR OVER A HOUR. AND HER BLOOD PRESSURE DROPPED, FEELING NAUSEOUS, DEHYDRATED AND FELT LIKE THAT FAINTING MOOD. THANK GOD THE SECURITY GUARD SAW HER.

Everyone in the comment section turned into a professional doctor in 10 seconds 😂

Not everyone that passes out is a druggie, there's other medical reasons that people pass out. Plus with her being pregnant it could've been something with that.

I’m happy to see that they did everything they could to help her, her unborn child, & even cared enough to save her groceries

"We are not forcing you to go to the hospital"

However ....yes we are. 😁 Love how they can be so calm and understanding without upseting her even more great job!!💖

Looks like dehydration, not drugs or alcohol. Dehydration is almost as bad as diabetic shock. Some salt water should make her fine!

Could have been a gestational diabetic, not everyone that reacts like this is a druggy. I wish they had updates

People in diabetic shock can appear impaired.

She could have been suffering from heat exhaustion since she was out shopping by herself in the heat and didnt have the A/C on in the car while she was sleeping.

Firefighters are just the best. It's a physical impossible to be a firefighter and not be a solid dude.

Thank you to these kind people for taking good care of her and taking her groceries and baby into mind. Like other people have said its so easy for pregnant women to get dehydrated, or not realize something is wrong because your body is changing. Im glad mom and baby were taken care of and i hope she can get more rest and water in the future

I’ve had four kids and never had gestational diabetes but I’ve had my blood sugar tank on me while pregnant. It’s scary and dangerous. I once almost passed out in the grocery store when pregnant with baby #2. I was slurring my words and sweating. 😭 the employees were super sweet. One got me a chocolate bar and a Coke. I was fine after about 20 minutes. I’m so glad this mom was okay!
