I know that these are just the illusive SB1 rebranded, but could you consider offering a version with a standard 1/4 inch flare service port on the side? Maybe even just a version that is a cap with a service port.

When Installing a unit you still need to braze the service ports or can you use profit fit. If so we are still not completely braze free.

I like the concept but a pressure test to 400 psi doesn't give me confidence when r410a systems regularly pass that. I would like to see a pressure test to at least 600 psi

But wouldnt you need to debur the outside of the pipe as well? So the gasket doesn’t catch on the edges?

Where can we find filter driers that are not swaged so that we can use these? I don't want to buy these until I can go 100% without brazing. Please post a link.

I mean they work when they work I did a building with head units tried them for tie in to save time out of 64. 8 have leaked only while running will not buy again flare and flame much better at least for me

How about using these on aluminum tubing? And will the O rings hold up to the chlorine in R22 systems?
