I agree about Stadiums and Kits. Every year you customize your kits and make a presentation with the press, and when you remodel/expand your stadium, you pick various chioces (size, style, only the tribunes, shops, retaurants, etc depenfing by how much you can spend on it). That would be great. Plus ...
1. if you can even play the matches (besides managing) like FIFA
2. have few youngster of 12-13-14yrs (non playable till they reach a certain age) per year randomly found by the staff to engage (your choice) and put in your academy, watching them improving their skills
3. create your own B team

would be the greatest football game ever.
