Do you have any similar size burners that don't use compressed air? One that uses a blower fan only

can you plz guide some info, , or provide link, how the calorific value of a fuel, , let say, , furnace oil i.e 43MJ, , can be consumed fully 100% ?

hey I know this is the wrong video to ask this question but hey did you say it's better to preheat you propane before burner to get better results?

I really enjoying watching your burner videos. I want to build a burner for a foundry designed to melt 100 lbs of bronze in a 12" x 10" crucible.
I am curious if you are making any progress on your burner book? I am really looking forward to all those badass detailed drawings. Thanks

i ran an old 4 cylinder diesel engine on tick over at 1 lph of pure modern waste oil 5 to 30 grade with a pre heat for 7 days continuous for a cabin yard heater. . so at 37 lph .that would need some heavy demand of oil to keep it daily in use .

That thing is a unit man, good work
Have you experimented at all with a burner that uses a small amount of compressed air for atomization along with a blower for more cfm?
Reason being alot of folks don't want to have a giant compressor.
But a smaller burner that could use 5cfm of compressed air and a boat load of blower air to increase the power instead of getting a giant compressor

if nozzle is 4 gal/h, , then how the fuel is consumed by 37 liters per hour ?

Can you get a better burning of that waste oil? That's just a glorified soot thrower, get a blue flame with even more oxygen and you will get even more power than 380 kW and more than 300CM. I dare you to get this thing better... I know you can do better than this. Pal, do it! We need more POWER! 😎💪

When your'e talking L/hr are you talking oil consumption?

Why dont you feed the system with compressed air? Or rather design the system to be fed with compressed air?

It'd provide much more reproducible testing parameters and would allow you to dial it all in a bit better.

With compressed air you could come up with a design that can atomize the oil into a fine mist before combustion so you can get more energy out of the burn.
