Growing up we would always get that canned corn beef and hash and cut up spam fry that up with eggs. I haven’t had that in forever maybe I’ll make it this weekend. Fun idea!

When I started eating a plant based diet one of things I missed most was Musubi. Now, I can get vegan spam and make Musubi. It's just as good as the original. In fact, it's even better. it's addictive. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. Spam Katsu looks really good. I may have to try that

Tikka masala is not an Indian dish. It's a British dish that is Indian influenced. So you can butcher it as you like 😂
