Lemme be honest
Alan becker probably ships them or supports the ship, and i have a lot of proof.
1- Yellow holding blue's hand scene. [1:55 - 2:35]
Let me explain. Yellow could simply whisper to blue saying that king orange was powerfull since he has the command block, or could just explain to him all the context of why would he trust king orange. But no, Alan Becker decided to make them hold hands and even walk more than a minute while holding hands. Also, Blue got worried about the fact that they went into a portal and he still didn't knew about king orange, but yellow literally looked at him like an advice that everything was going to be okay. [2:17 - 2:20]


2- Alan Becker's banner and Ukraine support.
In his banner, we can see that it's just him with the stickmans group (The second coming, green, red, yellow and blue), but, we can also see a big detail where it looks like that yellow and blue are also holding hands, since they're next to each other and their hands are in the same place. Plus, in his Ukraine publication, he could make another picture, or just talk about the rent or that thing he talked about without the picture, and even, there was a heart in the picture that it was a meaning that he loves Ukraine, but, isn't Ukraine flag horizontal and not vertical?
Here, i have context if you don't know, people when they ship something they mostly make hearts with both main colors of the characters, *in a vertical way.* Ukraine flag is horizontal but Alan Becker made the heart vertical, and we can say, he approached the fact that Ukraine has yellow and blue and since Yellow and Blue are also a ship on his animations.. welp, i don't have to explain anymore.


3- Their friendship.

They're almost always next to each other everytime a video starts. You can go check.


5- Separations
We can see that there were lots of separations on the lore of AvM, but, most of them, yellow and blue were together. Plus, when the first fight of king orange and the second coming was happening, yellow had the option of saving red and blue when they were floating, but, he saved blue only instead, plus blue also saved yellow when he was floating, it's also kind of obvious that he was going to do it anyway.


6- His actual shorts.
In "My ghast friend" short, we can see how yellow had a ghast best friend and there was a moment when they were tickling each other, but, the ghast won and started tickling Yellow non-stop, and Blue saw it. So, as we can see he was overprotective and killed the ghast without any context, so we can see that Blue would protect Yellow no matter what.
Also, on Alan's newest short, we can see that Yellow is riding Blue, while showing him some netherwarts, and btw, what Alan could do, he could make Blue or Yellow riding another animal, like a horse, a cat, or something else, but no, he decided to make that. Originally and thankfully he did.
