This obession with wanting to be a 'millionaire' businessman; a Bill Gates; a Steve Jobs; an Elon Musk.... I'm sure this is what's making so many people unhappy. The reality is that's not going to happen for 99.999% of us, and that's normal. Crushing the business world shouldn't be the goal in life. If you find something you love to do, and that thing also happens to make you wealthy, then great! but to orientate your entire being to some arbitrary wealth goal isn't a good idea. These types of videos always focus on obscene wealth as _the_ barometer for success. That can't be healthy.

Interesting that he uses the word upbringing instead of parents in the age of conflict avoidance. Parental accountability is so hard because we are biologically, evolutionarily, and socially programmed not to criticize our parents. It causes death panic at a visceral level. But it is important. Humanity evolved by improving its parenting.

That’s a damn nice point you made there.
When I saw the thumbnail for the video, I immediately thought it was from a popular, trusted channel. I was really surprised to see how many subscribers you really had! I know this entire video is about you teaching us about success, but lemme tell you, if you figure out how to make a video 100% perfect from start to finish, you could really blow up. Good luck on your journey man 👍🏼👍🏼

“Diligence isn’t the only thing that matters”
Would be a better title.
The narrowness of “hard work” here is misleading

2:19 - Ha! DAUs.
A mistranslation of the Yank accent perchance?
A perfectionist didn't make this video

Waiters and bus boys do not work harder than the owner. Their work is just physical. The owner definitely puts more total hours into the business. And arguably, it is the mental and psychological work that is the hardest.

Great video, but very misleading title. It should say "hard work isn´t the only thing that matters".

I think in the 4 hour work week they use the word effective instead of prudent you can just do things well you have to do the right things well
I worked in retail my coworker was proud that she remembered the sku number of a item but what was important was keeping the line moving
