Deaths Dance seems like sort of a troll buy. Instead of taking all the damage through 400 armor and 200 MR, you're taking it as true damage. Basically killing yourself way quicker until you can get a kill. I think Force of Nature or Spirit Visage would've been a much better choice, especially with the magic damage from Malphite, Mundo Q, Lux, and Varus w passive.
