I have one question that sounds very silly since I don’t know how to word this well but how do you have your brush when drawing outlined like that? When you showed the brush it gave off the shape of the brush more clearly, what do you have to do in settings in order to have that outline of the brush? I’m very sorry if the wording is confusing :’))

So
I am trying to give my drawing a little glow by drawing a blue circle over it and blurring it but when I blur it, it covers my painting I wanna make it look like somebody lights on it any tips? (Tutorial Video would be great!)
