Proof By Cases

In this video, we present the method of Proof by Cases, which means to consider multiple, different cases within the same proof. Each case gains extra assumptions that the general case does not have, which improves our ability to prove the statement (in that case). If the list of cases is exhaustive, then this represents a valid proof.
