It really does feel like winter already, I don’t even know where autumn went 🍂.

One of my rules for winter van life is to climatise and not turn the heater on until the last possible minute, usually for me that’s end of October. Well guys, we’ve already had it on for the past week so that’s my climatisation plans out the window! Anyway, this reel is all about the summer of 2022, specifically our road trip around West Germany 🇩🇪 . We started in Luneburg, just outside of Hamburg and made our way though Hanover, Rhine Valley, Black Forest and finished our trip at Lake Constance.

It was a summer full of challenge at the time, so creating this reel and being able to reflect on it from afar I can see all of the good 💫 , the love we were blind to, the incredible wild swimming spots that kept us cool through the heat waves, the winding forest roads weaving us around the medieval castles and Onyx’s panting face that really shows off his smile 🙃.

I can’t wait to share more on Germany, It really was yet another epic road trip 🚐
