I met my wife a few months after my spiritual journey started where I found this channel and went monk mode. I got in a relationship, asked her to marry me and she became my wife after 5 months. We both knew we met because of our actions and serving God. I knew she was the one when she invited me to church after a few dates and I also questioned her about her past experiences. She told me how she rejected many guys she went on dates with before me because she knew they were only addicted to lust and only wanted sex, always asking to go back to his place. I was different because I dedicated myself to SR. I didn’t have any urges to rush sex and actually took time to get to know her on multiple dates instead of asking her to come over to my place like what every other guy did.

weird how you been exactly explaining what's been happening in my life lately.

- A year ago I fully gave up watching porn and still to this day.
- 2 months ago I've fully stopped masturbating. and still to this day have the will power to not relapse or cave in.
- My relationship with my girlfriend and mother of my child has been the most healthiest intimate relationship we have ever been and this was coming from a corrupt beginning of how we met. God has restored and renewed our relationship.

I think I'm gonna try to pray to God to increase my discernment. And I've been waiting patiently for my future husband and constantly praying for both of us. And since I've gotten a lot of Christian dating advice that I could get, my discernment has increased by quite a bit. And I've been praying to God to ignite the fire that my future husband has for him. I also ask God to guide my future husband to put him first in everything and anything, all for his glory.
