A rationalist viewpoint on this matter. I am a moderate independent voter and a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant (1972-1993) who voted for Trump. GOP - Just go "nuclear" and be done with this mockery of a fair review process! For the democrats on the committee it has become painfully obvious to us moderates that for them this is more about revenge then being fair and just to what appears to be a really good competent choice for the vacant position on the Supreme Court. I have been very impressed with Judge Gorsuch, despite every attempt by the democrats to make this honorable and intelligent man look bad and to discredit him. Shame on you democrats for putting this good man through the wringer like this! If Gorsuch can't pass muster given his impeccable background, experience and credentials, who out there can? Until fairly recently my wife and I were moderate independent voters who were as likely to vote democrat as republican based on who we thought was the better candidate. But given the bad and juvenile behavior of the democrats, who have been taken over by the far left, those days are over and my wife and I will NEVER vote democrat again, or at least until such time as the democrats grow up and return back closer to the center! This bad behavior by the democrats has gone way to far.

Considering the substandard English below as evidenced by profuse use of profanity it appears that most of those posting belong to a faction that supports a street peoples' Left.
In short, regardless of which "side" they are on I would not want them to represent me.
