This is great as I haven't been able to find any good videos on how to mount a saw in the Bora saw plate. It also seems like Bora has a newer plate - but it could be older - that doesn't have any tracks in the middle, but has an adjustment track down the left. I just got the guide and saw plate that you have and have the same issue. I was trying to find a way to attach the metal bracket to the back of my saw, but I couldn't - although I think I can set it up on the left side to use as a bit of a guide as it comes in contact with the edge of the saw's metal plate, a Ryobi 7 1/4 in. Even as I've tightened the screws on the top the saw still seems to move a bit to the left and right in the saw plate (They should call it a sled). I've got four, 68 inch vertical cuts I need to make to trim up the edges of some custom doors I am making so I want the cut to be as straight as possible. Have you researched the other saw plate that Bora sells?
