Great video, but these "replicas" are truly awful. The mask is almost 1/3 bigger than it should be, and the packaging is very basic for these products, given their RRP. For this price I'd expect to receive a product that was based on a 3D scan of the original piece. Heck, maybe even a product made by the same hands that made the original. It's astounding to me that, given the technology and resources available nowadays, these guys have gotten that mask SO wrong.

Regarding the catalogues I'm glad you referenced that because to me in my extremely modest collection, the catalogue for some of the clothing pieces I have are beautiful. Thank you for the video David! I really appreciate the honest angle of you review! Also interesting to hear Factory Entertainments talk about the props. It's an interesting job they've got trying to balance between so many aspects. The props should be accurate but at the same time a nice solid display pieces... not easy. But very interesting, and after I watched this video I ordered my cane. Now I know what to expect and it looks very nice! And I love building stuff so definitely gonna build a display stand for mine : ) And finally... thank you David for keeping the flame burning for all us who love Bond and the props and everything! Anyone have any idea about that “ELEMENTS” cap in the background at just before the 21:00 mark? Was that an alternate title or something?

That size difference is frankly unforgivable. It's not just slightly large but it is comically large. It also raises serious false advertising questions as they claim on their website that "The molds for this replica were cast directly from the original prop in the EON archives". I have my doubts.

pretty sure I read that in the movie they cut the top off the mask when they tried it with the top hat as the hat is designed to fit snug to the forehead. That may explain why it was such a poor fit on the megamask?
