nicole you have absolutely perfect blood glucose levels at 66 base line. Am so glad i find someone who claims they are on keto and not just pigging out on meat and cheese but eating veggies with their protein. Many of them are in serious stalls& denial & are doing starvation diets with prolonged fasts which i think are not healthy at all !!! welldone Nicole.

So glad this isn't a Keto Kicker. I need all the budget-friendly treats I can get, so this is great! 😍 My Dollar Tree sometimes stocks "Cafe al Fresco Gourmet Syrups" for your coffee/other drinks. Do you think you could do a Keto Kicker test on those in the future? I don't like plain coffee and I really enjoy putting a small splash of this in my morning coffee.
