You should have someone send you a nice creamy PVC *jockey's-cap* style rain parka—it has a nicely-embossed curvy U-bowl-shaped duckbill visor on its full bubboly rainhood!
You direct the visor forward towards your eyes, snap the closures on its neckguard, and securely tie the drawstring to enclose your head into the pretty rainhood. Pair it up with a nice rain skirt/rain dress and boots.
