I installed the Glock Performance Trigger in my Glock 19 MOS Gen5 last night. It’s a world of difference in a good way.

Hey good stuff, but you're using the wrong RMR screws. You can't use the ones that come with the RMR, those are too long and will interfere with your slide, thus lifting the MOS plate upwards. If you notice, your MOS plate is lifted and there is a gap between it and your slide. You'll have to order the RMR screws that fit specifically for the Glock MOS.

Try the FCD OPF-G RMR on your 19 Gen 5 MOS. A great RMR mounting plate from Forward Controls and a big improvement over Glocks factory plates.

Can you feel the trigger safety pin on the performance trigger press against your finger when you pull the trigger, or is it completely flat ?
