What about balancing the clutch cover, they used to have BLS on one side to match up to Heavy side on flywheel (white mark on mine), my 300tdi was silky smooth till I put in a Valeo replacement which is now noisy & has vibrations at >2000rpm, my new cover has no markings but I notice youre one there has a green dot ??!
