Well I think even the noob one isn't bad I guess it just depends on how much energy you want in your drop, sometimes very simple melodies fit well too

My fav is the pro one. The God one is way too complex, because the chords are kinda confusing to me.

God level is literally Roblox tycoon music

I think that God one will be better when layered with other types of instrument, like leads, violins, and others. The Pro one feels better in a single layer to me.

I'm NOT one of those people who think the more complex a song is the better it sounds... most of the time simplicity is golden. Music is all about pleasing the ear... Not confusing the ear

Just learn music..

This guy knows music theory.

Knowing complexity is important, since it opens up new combinations, but I think the godly part comes from knowing how to fit things well together and deliver that load to strike through someone's heart.
You can learn 10 martial art moves, but to defeat someone, you need to understand how and when to use them for best effects.

The pro melody sounds perfect for tropical house. the best one imo. Adding triplets to the lead melody would've been even better

lol the pro sounds like every other no copyright sounds track. Just need some Indian electronics tutorial using it as background music and we're complete.

This the type of music that goes behind a free robux video

The one thing I in this is the fact that this a fully composed song and each "stage" is just a different key part of the song broken down: verse, pre-chorus and chorus.

Love the "pro" one. It sounds really simple but really energetic and powerful, catchy at the same time. Really love to listen to it again. Cheers!

How to make song:
Step 1 - make a intro using the nob style
Step 2 - make a build up with the pro style
Step 3 - make a GOD drop! :)

I finally know the proper order. Chords, bass, then melody. It’s always been unclear which one I should do first. I am a beginner, so thanks for this video

Good video showing the levels of experience tiers.
Although it can be argued that none of the samples are garbage, not even the "noob" one. It just takes the right application of it to make it golden.
Honestly with each progression from noob to god you made, things just kept changing so drastically, each level was saying a different emotion altogether.
Like you don't know what you want to go for.

The noob one was somber and calm, the pro one was like a modern hype, cowboy saloon and God one was like some anime emotional bit. They didn't even relate the same stories musically.
While music theory does separate noobs from pros alone, just from an understanding level.
Ear training is another story that noobs with no theory knowledge can be naturally better at than a trained musician writing complex pieces that just have zero true emotion to it or sense of originality.

It really boils down to how good you are at creating a certain emotion with a certain sound. Whether you're writing a full story or just one page of a singular raw emotion, so to say.
Know what you're trying to make first on an emotional sense before letting your ear pick out what it thinks will sound cool with what.
You just won't be creative if your not in the emotional proper space in the first place and your brain is doing the work instead.

I love how you show how you made this in detail. It really helps for those (like me) who are trying to learn how to make better music

6:59 ngl the God level melody feels like the saloon pianoman is just jamming over there in the corner, "ayy, toss that guy a tip will ya". So, a tip to you good sir 🪙
