It's always good to look after yourself or practice self-care. For people with Multiple Sclerosis, this is especially true because stress management can mitigate the effects of the disease. With World MS Day 2020 approaching, we asked three New Zealanders with Multiple Sclerosis to talk about self-care and what it looks like for them. Essentially, it's all about doing the things you enjoy and connecting with those around you.
