The kourou dough is fantastic, very easy to work with and can be rough out immediately!

The first time I made this feta cheese pies was a success, I was asked to make it again! I made it with organic feta cheese and this time the feta cheese pies taste even better than last time!

Very successful recipes! Could you make more Greek recipes with kourou dough? It's the best pies I had, it's also feels very healthy! I love Greek cooking, they use good olive oil in their cooking!
