Hello quick question. If I'm in Baldwin park (LA County) do I do it on this same website? or at City of Baldwin Park personally? I get confused. I'm also looking to get seller's permit. What's proper sequence for this? Do i get the seller permit first or the license? Thanks a bunch!

This is for a Tax Registration Certificate, not for a Business License, right? How do we get the actual Business License that gives us the right to perform that business in LA?
