Excellent job with the rendering and post. The part that lets this down is the character animation. It really takes you out of the piece and the realism. I can tell you are animating the arms with IK. You should really be using FK for anything other than when it needs to hold on to something, etc. I would suggest using mocap or free animation for your humans, there's tons of free stuff out there like mixamo, or even those new video to mocap ai sites out there. It will bring your videos to the next level.
