There is a trick an old mechanic taught me. He used a large water methanol injection tank and set it up to also spray his radiator, intercooler, and transmission cooler to cool his truck( only when towing heavy in high heat).

Number one should always be the use of a bigger Intercooler then install 2 separate auxiliary coolers for engine oil and transmission fluid then wrap all your turbo system supply piping with at least 1 inch thick of insulation and high temp aluminum foil tape then replace the engine mounted cooling fan with 2 electric cooling fan with a bigger engine radiator and a lower temp thermostat.
