Greenworks Pro 80V 20-Inch Cordless Snow Blower - How did it perform in 5' of wet snow?

When I used the Greenworks Pro 80V 20-Inch Cordless Snow Blower for the first time during our first big snow of the year here in Ohio, I was very impressed. I'm a big fan of Greenworks and this performance did not disappoint.

Kool, I like to see it really work. Most folks like to show snow blowers moving 2 inches of snow. Well here in St. Louis we got over a foot this last 5 days

I have this model, and for first year I thought that it was perfect. About 2 weeks ago it crapped out. Just won't go. Greenworks is absolutely no help. No one in town will even look at it. A costly mistake!
