I miss my lil gym buddy so much. I'd been trying to do my first muscle-up for such a long time. We met because I complimented her determination doing pull-ups. We started training together. She suggested I have a whole week off then we met one sunny Saturday morning & she stood there encouraging me - and on my third attempt I did it. She even gave me the biggest hug.
