Sir mujhe seat allot hua hai G.H RAISONY COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, NAGPUR (CSE BRANCH) me.. to sir usse use accept krna better hai ya RAMDEOBABA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.. NAGPUR ki koi bhi cs branch jese CSE+AI ML or CSE+Cyber Security usse zyada better hai placement k liye❤? Plz reply

Hi sir I need a help please tell me what should I do, in dse registration process I have uploaded non creamy layer certificate receipt and in grievance period I didn't got ncl certificate and then in first cap round I have alloted seat and it was auto freeze, and then didn't got the option to upload certificate, in my log in it was written go to fc center verify and upload it but fc center is saying is they to not getting the option then I called mahacet helpline they asked me for my Application ID and they checked and said due to technical error it is not Showing and they said to do your admission on receipt after some period it will get on as the last date to upload is 14th of September. Then as it was last date to admission to institute I accepted the seat and done the admission process and also the institute said me to give a letter that if I didn't upload it till last date the admission will be canceled. But still I am not getting option to upload it please tell what should I do

let's say I go for betterment, But while filling option form for cap round 2, I come to know that the College i want does not have any seats left(for any course in computer like AI/DS, AI/ML, IOT etc/ chances are very negligible) but I still want that college and not any other.
So do I Fill the form with something higher so that i get rejected and get the seat from CAP 1.(i.e I don't get any seat in cap 2 )
OR
(case 2)
Fill nothing in CAP 2 and leave it blank ( So i don't decrement from my cap 1 seat ) and is it possible to leave it blank (cap 2 option form)
will they Reject my application form if I don't add any colleges name ?? or they will give me my cap 1 seat ??
