I like the variable phase adjustment. It helps us control to the sound that comes out of my rear port. It offers an adjustment to offer a thickness to the sound.

Most subwoofers only offer 0* or 180* phase.

I use a pure silver cable to power and feed the amp signal to the sub.
I’ve noticed a fuller tonality of sound.

Just got this in. Haven't fully broken it in yet, but it indeed blends very well into my setup. I am running 2 studio grade powered speakers with these.

I forgot to mention this is probably the best subwoofer I've ever owned. Don't let the size fool you this thing is hard and low. No distortion

Since you mentioned that you don't understand the Phase fully, let me try to explain.
With the phase, you can change the "direction" your sound is coming from. If you notice, that your sub sound seem to come from a specific direction, playing with the phase will help you to make the sound come from your other speakers. You generally want that your bass is coming from your front speakers.

Regarding PHASE, it's something similar to having your loudspeakers "out of phase", where you have your speaker terminals reversed. The key is using your ears and listen for deeper or cleaner bass. The sound should be me coherent with your main speakers assuming you have those in phase. Loudspeaker connections should be positive to positive or negative to negative from speaker to amplifier.

Great video, I've been debating between the 10s and 12s, money isn't an issue but I love the size of the 10s but that 12s is gigantic. Nice to hear that 10s fills your huge, not ideal room.
