Hello Stan Winston! I am developing a short sci-fi fantasy short film with a monster in it. It will be showcased for about 2 minutes towards the end of the film. How much do you think materials would cost to make a monster suit, similar to one in The Quiet Place, Stranger Things? Keep in mind, the budget of our short is $100K, however, alot of costs are for crew, camera, equipment, food, locations, permits, insurance, etc. Just trying to get a realistic number on materials and how much labour cost would be.
