Addition and multiplication principles | Unit 1 and 2 VCE Maths Methods

As we continue with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, I will continue to record my lessons here on YouTube.

To finish the year, my Year 11 VCE Mathematical Methods class will look at probability and counting methods.

In this video, we discuss the addition and multiplication principles. Two very simple ideas, that can make probability and counting methods problems that little bit easier to solve.

The class uses the Cambridge Senior Maths textbook for Unit 1 and 2 Mathematical Methods and the TI Nspire CAS CX / CXII calculator.
