‘No special privilege for Prince Harry’: Judge blocks new evidence in dramatic final day

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield says Prince Harry’s lawyers tried to submit new evidence in the lawsuit against the Daily Mirror which was blocked by the judge.

“The judge said that is special privilege and the Mirror Group wouldn’t have a chance to then challenge what I’m reading, so it got the boot,” Ms Schofield told Sky News host Caroline Di Russo.

Under US law, the letter is not evidence. The reporter would have to testify in court, and the defense has the right to cross-examine.

I don't think Jeremy Clarkson's comment was 'unnecessary' - Megdusa has behaved in a vile & disgusting manner towards the late Queen, Prince Philip & the other Royals. She has lied repeatedly & mocked Queen Elizabeth II, comparing curtseying to cheap American medieval performances. I applaud his 'Game of thrones' analogy. The idea of her naked makes me feel sick, but if she had rotting vegetables thrown at her, it would be mild retribution for the cruelty she has shown to others.

For the record. Jeremy wasn't just with Camilla at a luncheon. He and 30+ others were. He wasn't sitting with her, he like Camilla was a guest as was btw Piers Morgan.

So to suggest that Camilla and Jeremy talked about his opinion piece the next day is disappointingly ridiculous. Camilla would havr shot it down straight away as being in extremely poor taste. I thought Kinsley was better than that.

The purpose of the letter is not to win the trial, but to get it into media. How you keep falling for their media tricks is absurd
