Thank you for this video. Before even coming into knowledge of HD, my health was degrading & stopped listening to the noise outside and started intuitively eating the way my body was leading me. I've gone from being 7-year vegan to Carnivore/Animal Based, eating less meals and a fasting lifestyle. My health has completely done 180 and I am grateful that I listened to my inner guidance. I'm also learning certain foods/activities are best for different Blood Types. Long story short, I am learning to slow down, listen, and come back home to me.

People often tell me I don't have a motor since I am a Projector --but I have the Root and Splenic Centers and as far as I know the root is a motor. Why is it a common belief that no projector can have a motor?
