I can't seem to get through the setup, I get to the wifi PW then, it's the same thing over and over (turn the volume up, get IR code for tv, user name, PW, etc I can't get to settings at all and it's a brand new 4K

Where did you get this? My Amazon (US) does not offer this product. The latest 2021 version is an HD device and specifically states it does NOT stream 4k UHD.
