I was expecting this whole procedure to be under a template or something when creating a new AIP... I mean, ASP.NET Web Applications are something very common nowadays.

Now 2 questions:
1) The dialog that prompts where to install is not needed, can it be removed?
2) How to prompt the user to define some web.config properties?

I'm trying the trial version and if these are possible I'd consider buying it.
