2013 Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg Highlights

James Hinchcliffe wins the race on on the streets of St Petersburg.

I truely love this series, I've been a fan of it since it's start in 1996 and look where it's now? It's more competitive than ever before. It was a great race and I'm glad that we got rid of Fast Forward and that the good old 5-10 minute highlight videos are back! :D

First of all I have to say I'm so happy that we're back to the good old Highlight reel. The Fast Forward thing you guys tried to do last year just didn't cut it for me. That being said, I'd rather have you take a little more time with it to make sure ALL the highlights are in the clip (i.e. Power/Hildebrand). GREAT Race btw. The depth of talent in this field is just amazing. I think that 27 car had two drivers today, the one that drove it and the one that should've been driving it.

James Hinchcliffe reminds me of Greg Moore in so many ways.An exceptionally talented and intelligent driver, and just an all around great guy. Fantastic win for Canada and open wheel racing in general.

Also, Simona had a great race all day. Our entire section was cheering for her, hoping that she would be able to pull it off.

Finally, Oriol Servia (not shown) did some good racing for the laps that he led. It was unfortunate that engine problems ruined his day, but overall, it was a great race, and I look forward to the next one.

RHR's car control on lap one is astounding - he's the meat in the sandwich and then off line for half a lap and keeps it together the whole time. Fantastic stuff!

I will never forget Simona's run to get the podium. So close, but what a fight! I am sure we were all Simona De Silvestro fans at that race lol

In typical Canadian fashion, I was thinking something would happen to his car, and he'd get taken back. Great to see that good things CAN happen to good people! Go Hinch!

I think they correctly took their time and swept the track. Right before that I was thinking, wow, there are a lot of big pieces out on the track, and the marbles are going to cause some accidents as the racing gets tighter. Was glad to see the sweepers come out.

On the same weekend that F1 was all about team orders and PR speak, and NASCAR all about retribution and fights, it was nice to see a race!
