Martian Manhunter is one of my all-time favorite DC characters, and I've been predicting for a while that he'd show up in the Lanterns series, with the Martians potentially tying into the overall mystery of the show.

With Lanterns gearing up towards casting & production, Gunn posting this now gives me a lot more hope that my prediction will come true.

The martian manhunter is an undergrad hero. I loved him in the animated Justice league show. Maybe he'll debut in one of the Superman movies or Green lantern projects and be one of the founding members of the justice league.

Alan Moore around the time of Watchmen had a pitch for a Martian Manhunter ongoing series we’re he would be the Superman of the Third World. Helping out in countries that weren’t over flowing with Super Heroes like the USA in the DC universe. But of course DC had to blow up their relationship with him.

Great 😃👍 Let's hope he's done allot more justice than he was in the DCEU after The Snyder Cut that never ended up being canon over the theatrical cut we did end up getting in 2017 (which is one of the harsh realities of the previous DCEU ending for this new DCU to take over now here)
