The ULTIMATE NEW YORK PIZZA CHALLENGE! Today we are trying to beat the biggest pizza challenge around! This is the "Big Apple", a 32-34" pizza eating challenge boasting a free meal if completed by one person! Today we are in Tacoma Washington at Salamones "Authentic New York Pizza" to see if we can defeat this unbeaten food challenge! For this challenge we had 60 minutes to complete the 11-12lb pizza which was absolutely loaded with toppings like pepperoni, sausage, chicken, cheese and more! This was a giant NY style pizza and a very difficult food challenge and one of the hardest food challenges i had tried in a long time! Ok, that cook is an artist. The first slice is out and i can see the center of the pizza is exactly the same thickness as the outside edge. Ive got 10 years between 4 pizza shops and thats the best dough consistency i have ever seen at that size.
