Abbey-I have to admit when I’m wrong. I tried Dove shampoo and conditioner years ago, with their very first hair care line. I HATED it! Never tried it again. Then, after watching you rave about Dove’s Intensive Repair line, I broke down and tried it again. I love it!! My long, fine hair felt like baby hair! It was so smooth and silky. When she is giving us a mixture and simply telling us what is good & was so interested she got a certification it’s still not good enough. They can’t win & the bad ones ruin it for the good ones. I’m honestly shocked and a little disturbed by the number of people who genuinely think or previously thought that drugstore hair products were bad. I know we all budget our money differently, but how were so many people spending so much money on hair care because they thought it was impossible for inexpensive stuff to be good? Didn’t you guys use drugstore haircare when you were kids/teens? Or is it “normal” for parents to spend 20 bucks on a bottle of shampoo for a 12 year old? No lie, I went back to the OG Pink Herbal Essences and my hair feels SOOO much better. And I was using R&Co Bleu for colored hair before this. I'm never going back to R&Co. I must admit my favorite when I have the money is the Kerastase Genesis line though. It smells so gosh darn good.

I loved it but I switched to amika the kure because the smell was too strong for me.. but amika works wonders just as well 🥳 i just hope it would keep Dove’s price tag 😅 thanks for your recs!!!
