If you see the entire clip, Hudgens is standing by the black van that is in back of the van for Sharon. She sees Austin and Sharon coming down the steps and actually FOLLOWS right behind them - not in back but in FRONT - she then pauses just before going IN FRONT of an established star - Sharon Stone, . She glances up before going in FRONT of both Sharon and Austin. WHO does that? Is she vindictive, unforgiving or just spiteful? IF she thinks she "got" the Elvis part for Austin NO she did NOT, she may have said he would make a good Elvis because she heard him sing Blue Christmas and he should try for the ELVIS role but that is NOT the same thing as being totally responsible for Austin getting that role. It was Austin's HARD WORK on Broadway with Denzel and Baz's FIVE MONTH AUDITION PROCESS where Austin "PUT ALL HIS CARDS ON THE TABLE" TO GET THE ROLE that got him the role as ELVIS.
