Clark wasn't complaining about when she got blocked. She was complaining about being mugged as she was driving to her right at the arc before she beat the defender on the drive. The announcers completely missed it.

If they were going to call the foul it should have been called before the shot took place. If you look at the play when the young lady drove to the basket Caitlyn Clark bumped her which knocked the player off balance.
